These terms govern your use of the D-Focus Digital Solutions website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following.
1. Services
D-Focus Digital Solutions ("D-Focus", "we", "us") provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, AI integration, and digital strategy services to businesses and individuals. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (website files, design assets, etc.) created specifically for them. D-Focus retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback during the project.
- Ensure you hold the rights to any content (text, images, logos) you supply to us.
- Keep login credentials and access details secure.
4. Payments
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Specific payment terms are detailed in the project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees.
5. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.
6. Limitation of Liability
D-Focus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our work, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. No refunds are issued for work already completed.
8. Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, and project details.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and manage the project relationship.
- To send relevant updates about your project (no marketing emails without consent).
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or to fulfil your project (e.g. hosting providers). We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the service or as required by applicable law.
